At this time, ValueWise Home Store TT operates fully online, and while we don’t have a full
walk-in display store, we do offer a convenient pick-up location where you can collect your
items. When you come to pick up your order, you may also see a small selection of popularsmall appliances available at the pick-up point, and you’re welcome to add any of those to
your bill if you wish. If you need directions or further assistance, just let us know!

We offer a wide selection of high-quality kitchen and household products, including kitchen
appliances, stoves, fridges, ovens, sofas, household gadgets, security cameras, and a
variety of other home essentials and haberdashery items. If you’re looking to upgrade or
enhance your home, we’re sure to have something that fits your needs.

We currently accept cash on pick-up for all in-store collection orders. For delivery orders,
we offer both cash on delivery and Links on delivery, making payment easy and
convenient for you. Let us know which option works best!

Yes, we do offer hire purchase. However, unlike many other stores, we do not charge any
interest, as we are a Muslim-owned business. Our hire purchase plans range from 3 to 6
months. Customers are required to make a 25% down payment, and the item will remain
with us until the full balance is paid off. The remaining 25% is then divided into equal
monthly payments over the 3–6 month period, depending on the item’s cost. If you’d like
more details or wish to start a plan, feel free to message us anytime!

No, delivered items come in their original packaged form, untouched and fully sealed. We
only open items for testing purposes when delivering to Tobago. Otherwise, all products
remain in their original state when they reach you. Assembly and installation services are
available at a starting cost of $75, but this price may vary depending on the size and
complexity of the item. If you need assembly, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist!

Return of goods is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Requests for refunds can be made;
however, we reserve the right to issue a credit note based on the information provided in
the request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and may
take 10–15 business days to process. By completing your purchase with ValueWise Home
Store TT, you acknowledge our disclaimer and agree to the terms outlined on your invoice.
Items purchased online for delivery are to be returned in-store.

Yes, we do offer delivery services, typically using a trusted third-party courier to ensure
your items reach you safely. For smaller items, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days,
with fees starting at $35 TTD. Delivery to Tobago is fixed at $63 TTD and usually takes 3–4
business days. For larger items such as fridges and stoves, delivery starts at $199 TTD
and may vary depending on the item. At ValueWise Home Store TT, we strive to keep
delivery costs as low as possible by working with reliable and affordable couriers for our
customers.

 

Yes, all our electronic appliances and other products come with a warranty. Smaller items
typically carry a 3-month warranty, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or product page,
while larger items come with a 1-year warranty. We also offer extended warranty options
for an additional cost, giving you extra peace of mind.
